Well so far I'm off to a good start. I started off running 20 minutes the first day and now on the fourth day I'm up to running 30 minutes twice a day and swimming 30 minutes twice a day. Hopefully by weigh in I'll be up to 45 minutes of each activity twice a day. My diet is pretty crazy, about 1500 calories a day. Haven't weighed myself yet but plan to tomorrow.
